This is truly reflected through the outstanding result we achieved in our 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey - scoring 88.4 out of 100. This is our best ever score to date and now places us in the top 12% of business service delivery companies.
Our regular customer survey allows us to continually assess ourselves, challenging how and what we deliver to bring our customers the very best and most reliable linen services. We are extremely proud of our results because, after all, it’s what our reputation is built on.
