Area Service Manager

Location: Field Based

Johnsons Stalbridge are seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to join our busy field-based service team.

Amongst other tasks, the key duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Manage and deal with customer queries/requests that arise with the customer base working closely with the internal Customer Service Advisors
  • Maintain computer held information using appropriate CRM system
  • Update and maintain planned calling system including stock audits
  • Carry out any non-scheduled calls, as required, by the customer or the business
  • Document all customer calls made on agreed paperwork
  • Submit monthly activity reports in line with business requirements
  • Monitor customer stock holdings ensuring appropriate charges are submitted at all times
  • Maximise revenue generation from stock audits
  • Visit new customers within agreed timescales.
  • Visit terminating customers within agreed timescales.

A full clean UK driving licence is essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • The ability to work effectively with other internal departments
  • Excellent admin skills and the ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports and update systems
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work and problem solving
