Area Service Manager - South East

Area Service Manager
South East England Region – to include CR, TN, CT, ME
Johnsons Stalbridge are seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to join our busy field-based service team. Successful applicant will be expected to live on or very near the advertised area.
Amongst other tasks, the key duties will include (but not be limited to):
-Manage and deal with customer queries/requests that arise with the customer base working closely with the internal Customer Service Advisors
-Maintain computer held information using appropriate CRM system
-Carry out any non-scheduled calls, as required, by the customer or the business
-Document all customer calls made on agreed paperwork
-Submit monthly activity reports in line with business requirements
-Monitor customer stock holdings ensuring appropriate charges are submitted at all times
-Maximise revenue generation from stock audits
-Visit new and terminating customers within agreed timescales.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential .
Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate :
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
-The ability to work effectively with other internal departments
-Excellent admin skills and the ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports and update systems
-A flexible and adaptable approach to work and problem solving
